Steven C. Scott is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PointRight. With over 30 years of experience building high-performance leadership teams, Steven has extensive experience managing service organizations with a strategic vision and clear sense of purpose. Prior to joining PointRight, he was COO at ArroHealth, a privately held and rapidly growing medical record retrieval company providing risk adjustment and coding services to Medicare Advantage Health Plans. Steven was previously the General Manager of the National Healthcare Practice for Perficient, Inc., a publically held consulting and technology integration company, where he oversaw the expansion of its consulting services to provide solutions for enterprise data warehousing, healthcare analytics and digital/connected health solutions. In addition, Steven served as President & COO, and SVP for Resource Planning and Analytics at Matrix Medical Network, a privately held national medical management company providing high risk member management and prospective health risk assessments to health plans thru its Nationwide Provider Network. Before Matrix, he was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Excelis Healthcare following its acquisition of American Physicians, Inc. where he served as CEO. Steven is a 1986 graduate of the University of Illinois and its Naval ROTC program. He served on active duty in the US Navy for six years and 16 years in the Navy Reserve as a Naval Intelligence Officer, retiring at the rank of Commander. Steven was recalled to active duty in June of 2005 and forward deployed to Baghdad as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Dr. Barry Fogel, MD, MBA is a neurologist, psychiatrist, mathematician and inventor. He co-founded PointRight and has provided the company with intellectual leadership and new product concepts throughout the company’s history. Dr. Fogel is a Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a staff neurologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He has patented inventions in the fields of computer software, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Dr. Fogel is the scientific founder of Synchroneuron, a development stage CNS pharmaceutical company. Dr. Fogel has published several influential medical books. His latest book, Psychiatric Care of the Medical Patient, Third Edition, was published in the summer of 2015 by Oxford University Press. Dr. Fogel’s undergraduate education was at Princeton University. He received graduate degrees in mathematics from UC Berkeley and his M.D. from UCSF. He had residency training in neurology at Harvard and in psychiatry at Stanford University. He earned an MBA at MIT. Before joining the Harvard faculty in 1997 he was a Professor at Brown University School of Medicine.
Steven Littlehale, MS, GCNS-BC is PointRight’s Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer. He has more than 25 years' experience as a long-term care professional beginning as a nurse assistant and leading to his work as an advance practice nurse, educator, researcher and consultant. He is a board certified specialist in gerontology and a nationally-known lecturer and consultant with numerous publications. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont and a Master of Science from Georgetown University.
Larry Diamond is Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at PointRight. He is a focused business leader with sales, marketing and general management acumen. He is recognized for his innovative approaches to creating profitable, high growth businesses in healthcare, software, technology, and insurance services. Diamond is a builder of high-performing teams achieved by aligning, inspiring and mobilizing people to deliver superior performance. He has twenty years experience in growing revenue and creating winning products at organizations including Insignia Health, American TeleCare, Alere, Ubiquio, United Healthcare, and Merrill Lynch. His hobbies are flying trapeze, yoga, and tennis.
Sharon Nicolette Fisher is PointRight’s Senior Vice President for Provider Solutions. Fisher is an accomplished senior healthcare executive who specializes in building partnerships between acute and post-acute providers in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining PointRight, Fisher led a three year Chronic Disease population management grant through the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation, focused on increasing quality and reducing hospitalization for underserved populations. As a consultant, she led the strategy, framework and implementation of post-acute care networks for state health systems and ACOs. Additionally, she created distinctive brand standards for NextGen Medical Resorts, designed to disrupt the traditional approach to skilled nursing care by focusing on transitional care models that compliment evolving payment reform strategies.
Janine Savage, RN, RAC-CT, CHC is Vice President of Client Experience with PointRight. She has over 20 years of experience in LTPAC and health IT and is proficient in the areas of clinical services, quality management, the revenue cycle, clinical informatics, and IT. She has also served as a Clinical, EMR, and Financial Systems Implementation Project Manager and co-authored the “Savage-Gutkind Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model for Long-Term Care,” which has been used as an industry standard and has been cited in multiple white papers, publications, and presentations. Janine has presented extensively on health information technology and EHR implementation in LTPAC at state and national conferences. She is certified in healthcare compliance through the Health Care Compliance Board and in 2013, served as an expert reviewer of a compliance manual for the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC).
Deraldo Portugal is responsible for software development of products, as well as company-wide project planning and management at PointRight. He was previously the founder and Principal Consultant
of Emporium Software, a software engineering firm that implemented several applications for many Fortune 500
companies in Brazil. In addition to more than 15 years managing the software engineering process, Deraldo is highly focused on innovation strategy, very creative and strongly experienced in software product development and program management (with hands-on), especially using Agile processes: Scrum and Kanban. He received a degree in Data Processing
from one of the top universities in Brazil (UNIFACS), and more recently attended an executive program in Strategy & Innovation
Cheryl Field, MSN has more than 25 years' experience in professional nursing specializing in rehabilitation in the acute and sub-acute areas, with particular concentration in reimbursement. Cheryl has held many roles including nurse manager, program manager, Medicare nurse specialist, utilization coordinator and director of clinical services. Cheryl is a certified specialist in rehabilitation nursing and a nationally-known lecturer and consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Rochester and a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College.
Pamela B. Gould serves as PointRight’s Vice President of Business Development and Payer Strategies. Pamela is a Registered Nurse with an extensive clinical background, who brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience in nursing and healthcare sales leadership. Pamela’s healthcare career began with clinical nursing in the acute, sub-acute, home-health, and case management settings. Later on Pamela’s career transitioned to healthcare sales, sales management, and training, within the specialty pharmacy, provider, and payer contracting industries. Throughout her career, Pamela has had proven success in team leadership, strategic planning, market analysis, and business development, significantly growing employer revenues and profit margins. Prior to joining PointRight, Pamela served as the VP of Payer Strategies for StatDoctors, a Teladoc company, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. At StatDoctors Pamela oversaw national sales efforts to commercial and government health insurers. Pamela holds a BS in Health Education from Worcester State University, a Registered Nurse (R.N.) degree from Becker College and is currently pursuing a Master of Health Care Administration degree at Worcester State University. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Glen Horton, Sr. has over 30 years of professional experience in creating highly-reliable and high-performance software and hardware platforms. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Hardware with a Computer Science minor and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science with a Computer Hardware minor. One of his most notable achievements was the creation of a ZIP Data Compression Developer's Toolkit for the Microsoft Windows Operating System which was initially adopted by Microsoft Corporation for use in Windows 95 and has been integrated into all subsequent versions of Windows and several Microsoft Office products. Glen joined PointRight Inc. (Formerly LTCQ Inc.) in 2007 and has held several positions since; Software Developer, Development Manager, SaaS Operations Manager and currently Vice President of SaaS Operations. Creating and delivering highly-reliable and high-performance analytic services that are available to PointRight's clients 24x7x365 is his passion.
Kelly is a seasoned Senior Human Resource Generalist with a consistent record of supporting corporate strategic goals and implementing key business initiatives that measurably impact shareholder value. Noted for innovation and creating operational excellence in human resources she has demonstrated expertise in staffing, employee relations and talent development. She has a proven track record of hiring top notch staff that remains happy in their chosen environment, measured by consistent positive feedback from both the employee and senior management. She has held HR management positions at Phoenix Technologies and Pacific Scientific, and has spent time recruiting for a variety of industries including biotech/biopharma, internet startups, telecommunications, manufacturing and professional services. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
