SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Working closely with the Vice President of Business Development, the Sales Representative will assist in an array of sales-related functions including: identifying new long-term care facility sales prospects, conducting outreach calls, writing proposals, tracking the sales process, creating and participating in sales presentations, fostering and managing ongoing relationships with key business partners.
Responsibilities:
• Research sales leads, manage sales pipeline and build relationships with sales prospects
• Assist in preparing materials for and participating on sales calls, online demonstrations and face-to-face presentations
• Maintain exceptionally high performance standards
• Some client and tradeshow travel required (less than 20%)
• General administrative duties as required
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree with 5+ years related sales experience
• Strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills with the ability to sell
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting, tracking and managing sales activities
• Broad business thinker; understands the role of Sales in the overall business strategy and the application of PointRight‘s product to the target customer's business
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and over-lapping deadlines
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required; CRM tool experience strongly preferred (ACT), Webex and database management experience a plus
• Based in greater Boston area
• Familiarly with long term care industry strongly preferred
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, autonomous, confident, strategic thinker
