PSteven LittlehaleSteven Littlehale, MS, GCNS-BC, Executive Vice President, HealthCare and Chief Clinical Officer. Steven joined the company in 1997 and has 20 years experience as a long term care professional beginning as a nurse assistant, and leading to advance practice nurse, educator, researcher and consultant. Steven is a board certified specialist in gerontology. He previously held both research and clinical positions at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for Aged (HRCA) of Boston. At HRCA he was involved in several national quality improvement demonstrations and research projects and was a member of the MDS 2.0 development team. Steven is a nationally-known teacher and clinical consultant with numerous publications. He received his BS from University of Vermont and MS from Georgetown University.

 Jeffrey Merselis

Jeffrey Merselis, MBA, Director, Healthcare Business Development. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in healthcare management and business development and is responsible for overseeing PointRight's healthcare sales, business development and partnership activities. Prior to joining PointRight, Jeff worked for several leading healthcare organizations in the Boston area including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care where he led research and consulting projects with public health agencies, healthcare systems, national clients and business coalitions. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree from Union College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Micki Henderson, BA, MBA, Healthcare Sales Associate. Micki brings a wealth of almost 30 years of sales experience to PointRight. Working out of our Georgia office, Micki covers territory in the southern United States. She has specialized in healthcare software, home health services, medical products and consulting services. Her sales talents are varied from account management, accelerating growth in company profit margins, product demonstrations, implementation and training. Micki has her Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University and her MBA from the London School of Economics.
Sheila Capitosti Sheila Capitosti, RN, MSN, NHA, Senior HealthCare Specialist. Sheila has more than 20 years experience in the field of long term care. She has served in many roles, most recently at the corporate level as Vice President for Clinical Services and Vice President of Operations for Affinity Health Services, Inc., a long term care management and consulting company. Her expertise lies in the areas of quality improvement services and clinical program development plus the long term care survey and certification process and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. She received her Masters in Health Services Administration from St. Joseph's College, Windham, Maine.

Cheryl Field Cheryl Field, RN, MSN, CRRN, Senior HealthCare Specialist. Cheryl has 16 years experience in professional nursing specializing in rehabilitation in the acute and sub acute areas, with particular specialization in Medicare management with the onset of PPS. Cheryl has served in many roles including nurse manager, program manager, Medicare nurse specialist and utilization coordinator. Cheryl has lectured nationally on Restraint Reduction, and Restorative Nursing. This year she will be presenting at national conferences and association meetings on a variety of topics related to post acute care.

 Ruth Gans, PT, MBA, National Account Manager. Ruth joined the company in 2007 and has over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked across the continuum of healthcare and has expertise in both management and clinical areas.  Prior to coming to PointRight, Ruth worked as a contract manager and account manager for Tufts Health Plan where she negotiated and managed contracts with leading healthcare providers across Massachusetts. Jennifer Gross, RN, BSN, BA, HealthCare Specialist. Jennifer's experience in the nursing field includes work in psychiatric rehab and in long term care as a staff nurse, MDS coordinator, and as a consultant. She has an extensive knowledge of the MDS and PPS process, focusing on the use of the MDS assessment to maximize quality of care, identify residents at risk, and prevent decline. Her focus at PointRight is to support our clients in understanding the intricacies of the MDS assessment process. Jennifer has a BA in Psychology from Boston University and a BSN from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.

Susan LaBelle Susan LaBelle, RN, MSN, Senior HealthCare Specialist. Susan has more than 20 years of experience in long term care with a variety of roles including Nurse Educator, Supervisor and Director of Nursing. Recently, she has been working with facilities in need of systems analysis and managing and implementing change. Particular emphasis has been on survey requirements, development of plans of correction, and the MDS/MMQ process. Sue is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island School of Nursing and has a Master's degree in Nursing. Administration.

Nani McDonnell, BS, MHA, Account Manager. Nani has over 14 years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on contractual and operational management. She has worked for both large national health plans and regional health plans and has superior project management and team management skills. Her strengths are strategic planning, analysis and the development of processes and procedures. Prior to working at PointRight, she led efforts to evaluate Medicare network needs of health plans, hospitals and large physician organizations. Nani came to PointRight in 2008 as an Account Manager. Jane Niemi, RN, MSN, NHA, Senior HealthCare Specialist. Jane has more than 25 years experience working with elders in both community and long term care arenas. While in the long term care setting she worked in the area of Quality Management and later as Administrator. Prior to joining the company, Jane worked with the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) of Massachusetts as Project Leader for CMS's Nursing Home Quality Initiative (NHQI) where emphasis was on performance improvement work with nursing homes across the state. Jane has a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing and a Masters degree in Nursing Administration.

Vessela Neytcheva, CBAP, PMP, Business Analyst. Vessela has over 17 years experience working in the Information Technology industry with a focus on healthcare in the last seven years. Prior to joining PointRight in July 2008, Vessela worked for Cardinal Health in their Clinical Intelligence division and for UMASS Medical School. She is well versed in various requirements elicitation techniques, business process improvements and software development lifecycle methodologies and management. She coordinates the requirements gathering process for the development of Healthcare applications, working as a liaison with the development team.
