Mary ChmielowiecMary Chmielowiec, Executive Vice President, Insurance. Mary is responsible for the development, launch and management of the Insurance Unit. She joined the company in late 2003. Mary was previously a Principal at Adventis, a management consulting firm supporting high tech and financial services. She worked at General Electric for more than ten years with responsibility for information systems supporting a range of financial services businesses. She is a graduate of the MIT Sloan Management of Technology Program 1996-1997. Her undergraduate degree is a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in Management Information Systems and Finance.

Paul Marshall, Director, Insurance Business Development. Paul has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare liability insurance and claims management industry. He is responsible for business development and oversight of PointRight's insurance and risk service programs for RRGs and Captives as well as broker relations in our carrier programs. In addition, Paul coordinates the loss evaluation operations services unit. Prior to joining PointRight, Paul held senior management positions for several leading healthcare insurance, claims and risk management organizations including Hamlin & Burton Liability Management and Neace Lukens Insurance and Risk Management. Marie Adamczyk, RN, Risk Analyst. Marie has 19 years experience in the long-term care setting with particular knowledge in risk analysis and regulatory compliance. She has developed standardized policies to meet regulatory guidelines as well as designed specialized orientation programs for employees. Her substantial clinical expertise includes personnel management and development, program and systems development and quality improvement practices aimed at positive outcomes through risk analysis. Nancy AugustineNancy Augustine, RN, MSN, NHA, Director of Quality Improvement and Risk Management. Nancy joined the company in 2003. She was previously a manager in the healthcare practice at KPMG, where she managed multiple projects including temporary management of troubled nursing facilities. Prior experience includes increasingly responsible positions at Diversified Health Services, culminating as Vice President for Clinical Services. Paola M DiNatale Paola DiNatale, RN, MSN, NHA, National Account Manager Risk Services. Paola has 12 years experience in the field of long term care. She has served in many roles prior to PointRight. Paola was employed at KPMG Senior Living Services as a Senior Associate Clinical Consultant. Her expertise lies in the areas of quality improvement services and clinical program development, CCRC and single SNF facility operations analysis, due diligence, long term care survey and certification process, assisted living operations improvement, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. She received her Master's degree in Nursing - Clinical Nurse Specialist in Gerontology from Gwynedd Mercy College, Gwynedd, PA; a BS in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, Chestnut Hill, PA; and a Nursing Diploma from Chestnut Hill Hospital School of Nursing, Chestnut Hill, PA.

Melissa Fedun, RN, BSN, Risk Analyst. Melissa came to PointRight, then LTCQ, in 2005. Before that she was a Senior Associate at KPMG in the Senior Living Services practice. Her expertise is in CCRC and SNF operational analysis, regulatory compliance, survey preparedness, due diligence, and quality improvement processes and programs. Melissa has worked in long-term care since 1995 and has held various positions including Director of Nursing and Clinical Consultant specializing in RUG III reimbursement and the Resident Assessment process. Melissa received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Waynesburg University.

Bradley Granger, MBA, NHA Account Executive, Risk Services. Brad has been in the long term care industry since 1991 serving in several capacities including being a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in multi-facility operations.  As a Regional Director of Operations he oversaw operations, consulting services, budgeting, marketing and business development in the Central Ohio Region.  Brad is responsible for on-boarding new clients and managing relations between clients, PointRight and Insurance brokers.  Brad holds a BSBA in Finance from Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University. back to the top >
Carol Story, RN, BSN, RAC-CT, Clinical Account Manager, Risk Services. Carol has over 22 years in the long term care industry in a variety of roles, including MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing, and Regional Director of Clinical Operations. She has expertise in the MDS process, PPS management, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance. Carol holds a BSN from Urbana University and an Associate of Applied Science in RN technology from Clark State College. back to the top >
Autumn Wagner Autumn Wagner, RN, Risk Management Account Executive, Insurance Services. Autumn joined the company in early 2007 and has 10 years experience in skilled nursing and long term care. Prior experience with HCR-Manorcare included Director of Nursing experience with successful results spanning several states. As a nurse consultant, Autumn offered both clinical and regulatory expertise to challenged centers and to centers within her regional responsibility.
