Rodrigo Navarro Rodrigo Navarro, MS, MBA, President and CEO. Rodrigo was previously an investment banker at a multinational development bank in South America. During his career, his responsibilities included, managing equity investment portfolios and overseeing portfolio company operations. He also served as senior executive and director in small and midsize companies. A native of Bolivia, Rodrigo drafted his country's debt-for-equity swap program and served as Chairman of the Bolivian Stock Exchange. He was honored as a "Global Leader for Tomorrow" by the World Economic Forum in Davos. He received his engineering and management degrees from MIT and was a Sloan Fellow.

Barry Fogel Barry Fogel, MD, Founder and Executive Vice President. Barry is responsible for new product design and business development at PointRight. He wrote the original business plan for the company and led development of the Data Integrity Audit. More recently he has been involved with devising the litigation risk models and risk management program. Barry is a Clinical Professor at Harvard Medical School. He received his MD from UCSF and his clinical training at Harvard and Stanford. Barry is the Former Associate Director of the Brown University Center for Gerontology and Healthcare Research. He is the author/editor of 10 books; holds nine patents, and has published over 125 articles and book chapters in neurology, psychiatry, geriatrics and long term care. He was a Sloan Fellow at MIT from 1996-97.

PSteven Littlehale Steven Littlehale, MS, GCNS-BC, Executive Vice President, HealthCare and Chief Clinical Officer. Steven joined the company in 1997 and has 20 years experience as a long term care professional beginning as a nurse assistant, and leading to advance practice nurse, educator, researcher and consultant. Steven is a board certified specialist in gerontology. He previously held both research and clinical positions at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for Aged (HRCA) of Boston. At HRCA he was involved in several national quality improvement demonstrations and research projects and was a member of the MDS 2.0 development team. Steven is a nationally-known teacher and clinical consultant with numerous publications. He received his BS from University of Vermont and MS from Georgetown University.

Mary Chmielowiec Mary Chmielowiec, Executive Vice President, Insurance. Mary is responsible for the development, launch and management of the Insurance Unit. She joined the company in late 2003. Mary was previously a Principal at Adventis, a management consulting firm supporting high tech and financial services. She worked at General Electric for more than ten years with responsibility for information systems supporting a range of financial services businesses. She is a graduate of the MIT Sloan Management of Technology Program 1996-1997. Her undergraduate degree is a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in Management Information Systems and Finance.

Dean Staley, Vice President, Finance & Administration. Dean is responsible for all finance, human resources and general administration functions at PointRight. He previously held various financial and operations positions in diverse and challenging environments including start-ups and Fortune 500, domestic and international, public and private companies. For more than 14 years, Dean provided financial management consulting services to a broad range of companies as a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand. Dean has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State, and is a CPA.

Jim Kazmer, BSCSE, ASQ, Certified SSBB, Vice President, Legacy IT Operations. Jim joined PointRight in 1998 and was instrumental in building the company’s 24x7 web-service offerings. Prior to coming to PointRight, he worked for Hewlett Packard’s Medical Products Group in successive roles as Software Developer, System Architect, and Project Manager. He received his BS in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and completed the American Society for Quality Six Sigma Black Belt Certification through course work from Villanova University.
Ann Coffou Ann Coffou, Vice President, Marketing. Ann joined the company in 2007. She is responsible for strategic and tactical marketing including development and implementation of marketing plans, public relations, branding, advertising and marketing communications. Since the early 1990’s, Ann has been a founding member of several businesses, taking one of them public in 1998. Over the past 20 years, she has held various management positions in marketing, sales, IT and general management and has been responsible for domestic and international programs. Ann has a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Winona State University, Winona, MN.

 Cheryl Caswell

Cheryl Caswell, Director, Research. Cheryl joined PointRight in 2008. She served as Director of the Survey Research Center (SRC) at the New England Research Institutes from 1987 until 2008. Cheryl has more than twenty years experience in all phases of survey research including Director for numerous research projects for The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services; the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases; the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute; the National Institute on Aging; the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development; and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, as well as several universities and private institutions throughout the United States. Cheryl received her MBA from Boston University and a BA from Wheaton College.

Jeffrey MerselisJeffrey Merselis, MBA, Director, Healthcare Business Development. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in healthcare management and business development and is responsible for overseeing PointRight's healthcare sales, business development and partnership activities. Prior to joining PointRight, Jeff worked for several leading healthcare organizations in the Boston area including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care where he led research and consulting projects with public health agencies, healthcare systems, national clients and business coalitions. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree from Union College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Paul Marshall, Director, Insurance Business Development. Paul has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare liability insurance and claims management industry. He is responsible for business development and oversight of PointRight's insurance and risk service programs for RRGs and Captives as well as broker relations in our carrier programs. In addition, Paul coordinates the loss evaluation operations services unit. Prior to joining PointRight, Paul held senior management positions for several leading healthcare insurance, claims and risk management organizations including Hamlin & Burton Liability Management and Neace Lukens Insurance and Risk Management.
