Operational assessments and performance improvement reviews are conducted to gain an understanding of a facility's organization, management and departmental structure. These assessments and performance improvement reviews are completed through interviews, “walk through” analyses, document and record review, and assessment of structure, processes and procedures. The team performs a benchmark analysis and comparisons of operations, profitability, liquidity and capital structure data to industry and other data for similar size and type organizations.
