PointRight’s Steven Littlehale Selected as Speaker for HIMSS17 Health IT Industry Conference
BOSTON (February 6, 2017) – PointRight Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer Steven Littlehale, MS, GCNS-BC, has been named as a speaker for the 2017 HIMSS Conference & Exhibition, the health IT industry’s largest annual gathering, on Feb. 19-23, 2017, in Orlando, Fla.
Littlehale’s presentation, titled “Winning at Care Coordination Using Data-Driven Partnerships,” will demonstrate how the LifeBridge Health System in Baltimore has transformed data and analytics from its long-term and post-acute care partners into valuable insights for its population health program.
“I look forward to showing how health systems can utilize powerful clinical, process and outcome measures from post-acute providers to identify improvement opportunities and prevent negative outcomes,” said Steven Littlehale, Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at PointRight. “In today’s value-based environment, health systems must foster smart, high-performing networks of providers that reduce hospital readmissions – and thus improve patient outcomes – through more coordinated care transitions.”
Littlehale will speak alongside Idriz Limaj, LNHA, RN, Chief Operating Officer of LifeBridge, on February 22, 2017, at 10 a.m. (complete session description)
